NOTICE: Request for Proposals (RFP) for Watershed Analysis for Drinking Water Source Protection for Corbett Water District

The Corbett Water District is seeking a qualified consultant to assist the district in developing “Watershed Analysis for Drinking Water Source Protection for Corbett Water District” in its effort to protect its drinking water source, Gordon Creek. Approximately 11,000 acres within the Gordon Creek watershed, a sub-watershed of the Sandy River basin, provides drinking water supply to the community of Corbett, Oregon.

The watershed analysis will serve as a vital component in the district’s development of a strategy for long-term protection of its Gordon Creek water supply. The selected consultant is expected to assist the district in mapping and characterizing land within its source water watershed that is essential for protecting its drinking water quality and quantity, identifying means to protect those sensitive areas and facilitating public outreach for this project. The project is projected to begin in May 2026 and conclude within one year.

The district is soliciting proposals from qualified firms with the experience and capability to deliver a watershed analysis within the time frame and budget allocated. The closing date for submittal of proposals is 4:00 p.m. PDT April 10, 2026.
